Service at Hotel Blue was fantastic with the staff being incredibly friendly and going out of their way to assist us even at 2am in the morning. The room was spacious and clean with amazing views from the private balcony looking out over the whole city. Thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night stay and would definitely stay again when I visit Zagreb.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Room and bathroom both big and clean. Balcony was nice for view over Zagreb though its not a pretty city but that's not the hotel's fault. The cook who does the breakfast made me and my son excellent omelettes when they'd almost finished breakfast service. The women working the different shifts on reception are all lovely and went out of their way to check everything was alright and offer advice on getting around the city. Really good experience and I'd stay here again. A one minute walk from multiple trams so a good base to get around.

Reasonably cheap, clean, rooms are ok. Rooms on 8th floor have balconies and great views. Did not appreciate that frigobars are empty (not even water) and that most channels on TV were not available (no signal). Breakfast is average, but the restaurant room is too small, hence keeping social distance is hard.

Room and bathroom were dirty and you can find lots od dirt from previous guests. Reception is very small located in the halleway for the 4 star hotel. There is garage which is full of garbage and probably was not cleaned since was bulit. Breakfast is served in the bar which they call restaurant. Quality of the breakfast is very low and food was from few days ago. There should be some cleaning protocol due to covid situation but they dont have any..As it was mentioned by one German guest I dont also understand why there is so much positive comments for this hotel.
