I was referred to a Specialist Endodontist to do root canal treatment. I visited specialist he took an X-ray unnecessarily (I already had full mouth x-ray) and confirmed that unfortunately tooth can't be saved, it needs to be extracted. Endodontist assistant charged $285 & again referred me back to the same dentist who referred me to this specialist, confirmed that dentist will extract tooth and she fixed an appointment accordingly. Again I visited same dentist for my tooth extraction, surprisingly Dentist wasn't aware why was my appointment scheduled with her and she referred another Oral Surgeon

I presented my NIB card at reception before my calculus removal first visit for this year. Also, advise the receptionist that I changed fund.
After my appointment she told me they are not preferred providers for NIB and I have to pay a gap. Money driven clinic.

My review is exactly the same as Callum Simpson's. Yesterday I made an appointment for tonight and I had warned them that I most likely need a tooth to be removed and also a routine check and clean. The first thing the dentist says to me when I arrived is that I only have a 15 minute appointment so they can not provide treatment, she had a look at the tooth, told me the filling needs to be redone. Ascertained that it is painful for me, took an Xray and then told me to rebook to have the actual treatment. PATHETIC! $100+ for an Xray and to tell me that my tooth hurts, as if I need to have a degree

No need for your receptions to quiz my PA several times on how I made payment. Absolutely no need to loudly discuss my personal details in front of a room of people. Surely a bit of discretion would not hurt?

After a trip to specialists I now realise that the standard of care fell well short of quality and appropriate clinical care.

I have been a patient since the original owners did my teeth in 1967. I’ve been a regular since then and have followed the clinic for all these years. Whenever I have an appointment my wait is usually at least a half hour, with one or two exceptions. Today I presented myself to the desk and was told my dentist was in the building next door. I… entered the room with no waiting patients for about ten min while the girl stood behind the desk just looking around. Hence another walk out. Lovely staff. I am a very anxious patient and I was taken care of to help me feel comfortable. And really helpful having payment options when needed!

Just to give a big thankyou to Dr. Kothari! I am probably the most scared and anxiety ridden patient she has ever had (fingernails left in chair kinda scared!) I have avoided going to the dentist for far to long because of my fear, so she had a mess to deal with. I can't thank her enough for being so kind, gentle and understanding of my anxiety.… And her suggestion of wearing ear buds and listening to music while she worked was genius! I am not at all fearful of my next appointment, and I can smile and laugh again without covering my mouth! 😁 Eternally grateful. 👍

I'm 56 years old and have been scared of dentists all my life......until 8 mths ago. Needing a filling, I visited Limestone Dental Group and when in "the chair" was asked, "Would you like a needle to numb the pain"? I HATE needles. I answered, "Not sure". The dentist said, " I better give you one", and he did. I didn't feel a thing. Got my filling and was in and out so quick. It was SO good. 7 mths later, and a different filling from years ago had fallen out. Same deal...... didn't feel a thing. I live on the other side of Brisbane now, but will keep coming back. Our family has been with this dental group for years, however after a recent bad experience and dispite our long term loyalty we were not valued as clients. Very disappointing and unprofessional, however this has made us realise that there are better dental clinics in the ipswich region.

Chipped my tooth (again) and had to visit the wonderful staff to regain my smile. I was incredibly impressed with the COVID-19 precautions that have been implemented. I felt as safe and secure as I always have and I'm smiling widely once more.

My wife has been in pain all day because of a tooth she needs removing. I rang limestone dental group at 5.30pm to see if I could get an appointment before the 7.30pm closing time. I was told they could fit her in at 7.30pm to get the tooth extracted. My wife went to the appointment and had a xray done on the tooth, they could see it needed removing however because the dentist wasn't sure he could get the tooth out within 20 minutes (I'm guessing closing time was 8pm) he sent her home and rebooked her for next Wednesday for a 30 minute appointment to remove the tooth. Had a really great experience here. The staff were friendly and made me much less nervous about having a needle! Very affordable compared to other dentists.

Currently travelling Australia with my family when my tooth collapsed. Booked with limestone dental and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Orthodontist and team were very Professional and prompt. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the service I was given. The dentist and assistant were great. The dentist was clearly describing what I might feel as the procedure went on which is great for reassurance. Definitely my new dentist from now on.

Unfortunately this dental practice places profit ahead of patients dental care. Have had a disappointing couple of years here, with ending in a tooth being extracted that could have had other procedures to keep.

Et al, I have had a joyful experience going to a dentist for the first time in my life. The staff and particularly the professionals at Limestone Dental are second to none. I will no longer suffer a phobia of going to the dentist; cured by Dr. Nguyen PHAM together with very competent, cheerful and efficent administration staff members. Thanks
