I'd like to give a massive shoutout to Brad over at LePack who really went above and beyond for me in the past week and a half. My package was misplaced by a courier and Brad went out of his way to find out exactly what happened. Not only did Brad do a thorough investigation he also made sure to check up on me when my replacement was posted (with a different courier). I cannot thank Brad enough as the contents of my order were for a charity my family regularly donates too so I want LePack to know how much you've not only helped me but also my local homeless community 😊
