Services
The following is used to process your student accommodation application and place you with the most appropriate flatmates. All units have 3 ensuite single bedrooms, and the cost is from $210 including electricity, gas hot water, Unlimited Wi-Fi. A non-refundable forward booking payment of two weeks' rent will be required on acceptance.
Nexus Place is home of 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms student accommodation. Each apartment has a common kitchen, lounge and dining areas with full appliances and furniture. Each bedroom includes an ensuite with shower, toilet, desk, and shelves, king-sized single bed and a mirror wardrobe. Free UNLIMITED NBN high-speed Wi-Fi provided.
Nexus Place is situated in the heart of the beautiful Gold Coast in the central suburb of Ashmore. Within walking distance of two main tertiary education providers and a variety of shops and amenities and public transport options, Nexus Place is in an ideal location for visitors to the Gold Coast. Very convenient for a student. Only a 5 minute bus ride to Griffith University and walking distance to woolies. Difficult to find a better deal as a student in terms of rent and location given that you share the flat with only 2 others and have your own ensuite bathroom. Charles is a good manager and is quick to solve any issues that may arise.

I would not recommend this place for young students, workers and in general. If you want to live in complex that is safe, quiet and clean - Nexus is not for you!
Rooms are small, not clean at all when you move in but somehow you get charged a 200AUD cleaning fee?
Common areas are atrocious, they look as if rodents had been living in there.
The stench of when you walk in is disgusting.
It has become a rather low socio economic environment and welfare recipient hotel.
What happened to being student accommodation for young people? Or student accommodation in general for people who study and don

Not all "students". It has become rather social housing and welfare recipients. You will find that there are much older people with drinking and drug problems. Not safe. All those reviews are set up by management. Not worth for what you get. Rooms are small, no clean. Hidden fees when you leave, manager can also take whole bond. Location is alright, but like I said, not a safe living environment.

Very good student accommodation with affordable price, room is well equipped, location is good, close to everything, manager is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spots if you have a car and if not there is a bus stop just in front. I stay in many places over these years and could not fault this student accommodation. Would highly recommend staying here.
