The Oracle consists of a 50 storey and a 40 storey luxury residential tower above a gallery of boutiques, cafs and restaurants. The project includes a total of 505 apartments containing between one to three bedrooms. The residence has a number of high-speed lifts, a water feature, Zen garden and T'ai chi Lawn.
This apartment boasts 4 bedrooms, The Master with a King bed, 2nd and 3rd with Queen beds, and 4th with 2 single beds. There is also two roll away beds available on request. This Golden Hamptons themed apartment boasts a huge TV in lounge room, and TV in Master bedroom. Free Internet, Free Parking for 2 cars.

YOU STAYS DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!
My daughter Booked apartment 2 at Circle on Cavill via the Agoda Website. Arrived at 12:50pm as we were told we could get an early check in at 1pm, only to still be waiting until 2pm as the person (Christie) checking us in from a 3rd party company called You Stays was late showing up. I was shown to the room apartment #2213, to later find out by my daughter that the room she booked was no where near what we got allocated.
The main bed had stains on the mattress and you could feel the springs, the kettle had limescale and rust near the lid and spout, walls in

A wonderful company to deal with. Very personal and our apartment was spotless / wonderful views / fabulous interior design. Thanks for the sparkling and still boss water and candle on arrival. We have already booked for Christmas School hollidays. Jason was very accomodating and organised a cot. Thanks so much.

Stayed in circle on cavill 2105. 3rd time at this hotel, we love it. First time booking through youstay. Pretty terribly looked after apartment. The whole backing/lining of the couch is ripped and laying on the floor, broken /pushed into the wall light switches, bad safety hazard. Cockroaches inside and out, left us a used dish cloth to use 🤢... Someone else's undies and socks still in the washing machine. Had to request hand towels! (family of 5 for 5 nights). Pots and pans covered in baked on food. Cleaning not up to standard. Broken/filthy dusty blinds. Dishwasher seals broken so it leaked

Just days before our check-in, we were told our apartment was unavailable and we were being moved to a new apartment. We were assured it was nicer despite there being no listing for us to look at.
The replacement apartment did not have enough beds, so we were offered air mattresses (we booked our initial apartment because there were enough real beds for our whole party) despite there definitely not being room enough for them. We were offered a second apartment to make up the beds, but at extra cost to us ($200, which we would have booked elsewhere if we had wanted to

Fully Paid and Booked accomodation downgraded 48 hours before we arrive without explanation or compensation, then cancelled without even discussing with us. Honestly use another company. This is the message I sent to Jason with no response - Hello Jason, can you please advise what other options you have for us. We are a family of 7 and get 1 holiday together this year which I do not have any accomodation for tomorrow. This is unacceptable and we need some options. Mark

Glossy advertising doesnt match reality. A travel agent booked a private apartment in Circle on Caville for us using Youstay. We met with Kristy at the door to show us through. The first chair my partner sat in collapsed. We couldn't find any screws either which makes me think it had been like that a while. We rang Kristy (the lady who let us in to the apartment) to let her know and she said she would organise someone the next day to fix. No one showed. One of the blinds was down and was laying behind the chair.
