With over twenty (20) years experience in the structural engineering sector, Stephane has been the driving force behind the quality and expansion of Booth Engineers for over a decade. Providing leadership in all aspects of design and construction supervision of structures, with particular focus on the provision of expert witness services for various courts and forums in relation to distressed structures.

We have used these guys a few times over the last 10 years but just recently I had a problem with my own home. The lady on the phone told me the guys I needed to talk to were out on site & she would ask them to call me (which they did). They came out and did a report on our place which is starting to have cracks. They were really helpful and explained everything to me including how to fix it and how much they thought it would cost. I don't know why people have had problems with them. They have always been great with me. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Really disappointed with the person I was put through to on the phone. Definitely did not want my business. I rarely change suppliers if I am happy with an existing, however always get my 2 or 3 quotes, and these people rated quite well on Google. Was really surprised by the service - after taking on 7 developments in my 20's, I had never actually come across anyone treat me so rudely, like an actual child, it was very strange. Do not recommend, but good luck if you use them.

Havent used an engineering company before so didn't know what to expect but they were recommended to me by 2 different people. Got a couple of quotes, they were medium price, & met the deadline in their quote. Good communication, they knew their stuff which gave me confidence, they also explained stuff in a way so that I could understand even though I'm not technical. Thanks Booth

We used Booth Engineers to prepare structural design for a two house project recently. The initial was 7 weeks over time and three independent builders were baffled by the extent of the substructure. We subsequently sought a peer review and advice from a contractor. Booth's response was that it was not their job to design a cost effective solution.
They charged us an additional cost to re-design based on the advice we procured and this still came back overcooked. In the end, we had to engage another engineer to re-design and saved approx $30,000 on the project.

I want to thank Booth Engineers and the team for all their guidance and professionalism in helping us through the construction of our home extension. Cost was important to us, but also quality, and talking to engineers that are very experienced at fixing homes was very reassuring.
