Communicating through a broken relationship is very difficult. Simon provides effective tools and techniques to make co-parenting a possibility with less stress and greater openness. Simon helped to understand my husband better and my husband to understand me and my needs. We had forgotten how to talk to each other.
The health and wellbeing of our clients is paramount, and our practice is taking steps to ensure we provide a safe place for those that attend our practice. Our team are regularly wiping down common surfaces in our consulting and waiting rooms and we ask that all our clients use the hand sanitiser provided in.
Men & Family Counselling and Consultancy is a male-focused service which supports men who are experiencing difficulties in their lives to gain new skills and deal with their situations more effectively. We look at what is working in a man's life, what is not working and what changes he would like to see, and then set about developing practical strategies to bring about positive results.
