Our massage therapists use a combination of techniques, tailored to your requirements as we aim to release tight, painful muscles and improve flexibility. Typically these techniques include myofascial work, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.

Please bring along any relevant X-Ray, scans and reports with you. For young children, please bring their blue books. Additionally, if you have questions about the pillow you sleep on, or need an opinion on footwear, bring those too. To claim private health fund rebates on the spot you will need your health fund card and for those on GP referral, your Medicare card with the relevant documentation.

I have been attending this clinic since 2017 and have always appreciated the friendly staff plus the level of expertise which has helped with my mobility. Stefan and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable, plus parking is rarely an issue, which helps. They also tend to run close to time with most appointments.

I can't thank Stefan and the team enough! So professional, thorough and most importantly so kind and welcoming. My husband & I have been attending this practice since 2002. Stefan and his team have not only been reactive to our needs but proactive in their care. Always friendly and helpful…particularly so when there is a need for urgent care. It is a place where you feel you belong as part of the practice. Now as we age, we find the monthly adjustment visit keeps our bodies functioning at optimum level.
