The "Mindfulness on the go" class is very helpful to practice presence in your everyday day life. The venue is very cozy, warm and comfortable. Our host Shantiji is very attentive and knowledgeable. We did practical meditation and mindful practices. I highly recommend it. Shanti Yoga is transformative.

So grateful and happy I was lead to this place. Shanti Yoga is traditional and so transformative. Shanti has a calming way about her that is so welcoming. She explains everything clearly and has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of yoga. She really cares about her students and goes out of her way to make sure that everyone is catered for. It's so much more than a physical practice (Asana) and goes much deeper into a rooted, holistic understanding of Yoga, pranayama and Meditation, the subtle body and Ayurveda. You begin to learn the tools to live a life full of peace with the authentic understanding

I had a massage from Catherine which was truly amazing. Left there floating. The only negative I have is the phone manner of the lady who does the massage bookings. (Don't know her name) She appears very vague and not terribly personable. That's a shame because if I hadn't been referred and was just ringing around to find a massage, her phone manner would have put me off and I probably wouldnt have booked. Just something to be mindful of.

I was gifted a 1 hour ayurveda massage with a vegan/vegetarian lunchbox yesterday for my birthday. The massage by Catherine was absolutely beautiful! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease and i left feeling so amazing. If you are after an ayurvedic massage, i would definitely recommend her. The only slight downside was the service afterwards. The lady at the front desk didnt recognize that i had just finished my massage and was there to give her my groupon code and collect the lunchbox. However my phone had died so she did ask i ring back with the code once i get home. When i asked about

Love Shanti Yoga. My journey began in 2001 and over the years I have enjoyed yoga classes, learned to breathe, practiced meditation, attended retreats, studied and been inspired by an extraordinary teacher (thankyou Shanti) and a remarkable group of friends.
I have been supported, encouraged and challenged to live a richer life.
Thankyou

Yoga & the Power of the Mind. I have been associated with Shantiji at Shanti Yoga for over 20 years, and during that time, one of the most important lessons I have learnt from Shantiji is the power of the mind. 18 months ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer, a lumpectomy was performed and the lymph nodes that were removed were found to be clear of cancer. 18 months on, the cancer has not returned. By refusing to have the usual therapies and using the power of my mind to tell myself that the cancer was gone, I am now free of cancer and know it will not return. It was scary, but I knew I was following
