We run Yoga classes for the individual. By keeping class sizes under 10 participants we are able to meet each person where they are at, whether that be completely new to Yoga or working with Yoga teachers wanting to develop their own self practice. Our aim is to discover where you want to be within your state of physical health and mental wellbeing, and helping you to get there.

Services
At HappyFit we practice a balance of strength, stillness and awareness. Each class brings in elements of Pranayama (breathing rhythms), mindfulness and sound healing. The difference between a class at HappyFit and other studios is we are a small, boutique studio where the individual matters. Each person will be met wherever they are at, assisted in developing correct alignment, therefore getting the absolute most from their time on the Yoga mat.
Connect with yourself, your practice and your surroundings by attending one of our retreats. Dedicating some quality time to yourself allows you to go much deeper into your yoga practice; as well as gaining education, you will be empowered with tools and resources to take away and apply to your everyday life.
This retreat is a coming together of women, to learn the importance of taking care of ourselves so we may go out and nurture the world. Through spending the past 15 years working on healing myself I have come across many different methods and practices, and through these 3 days it is my aim to share which ones help me daily.
Our yoga retreats are set in the luscious surroundings of Nalini Retreat in northern NSW. For our time together we explore holistic living and delve into the ancient practice of yoga. Each retreat has a different focus ranging from natural living, to raw eating, to yoga philosophy.
Over the weekend we spend time on our yoga mats learning more about our bodies, discover techniques to relax and energise the body and mind, enjoy a range of nourishing vegetarian food and learn how to prepare healthy meals for ourselves and loved ones.EAT; We take much pride in nourishing you through healthy, fresh and delicious Vegan food.

Our events are all located on or around the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. We aim to bring this community together through Yoga, Meditation and Wellness, and enjoy meeting new people as well as seeing the familiar faces we know and love. Through the course we move through postures to keep your body strong and supple, learn breathing for birthing, relaxation techniques and have discussions around Mothering.

This is my favorite yoga studio on the coast. Alicia can cater for all students from beginner to advanced. She has a vast amount of knowledge around yoga, meditation and the human body. The space is warm and welcoming. You are guaranteed to leave here feeling nourished, uplifted and a better version of yourself. Highly recommended.

I completed pregnancy yoga with Alicia and also attended a pregnancy yoga retreat. I absolutely loved both experiences. Alicia is very knowledgeable and supportive. She has such a gentle and caring manner. I really looked forward to the yoga classes and it was such a beautiful time to connect in with my baby. I would highly recommend her yoga classes to others.

I'm so happy that I found Alicia and her Happy fit Yoga studio 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. Her 75 minute pre-natal classes were a beautiful time to focus on myself and my baby. I enjoyed those classes so much, that I went back during my second and third pregnancies too! Alicia is warm and welcoming, guiding the mamas through breathing techniques and strengthening positions to prepare for birth. Alicia has a knack for making everyone feel supported, capable and ultimately centred and relaxed by the end of the class - no matter their ability or state of mind when they first enter the room. Through pregnancy to post partum, and various injuries over the years, it still feels like every class is curated especially for me.

I started with Alicia at Happy Fit yoga on when I was 27 weeks pregnant. As soon as i walked in Alicia made me feel like i have been there all year. I felt right at home in her comfy and zen home studio. The yoga classes are perfect for where I am at in pregnancy, a lot of stretching, breathing techniques for birth and a nice flow in the middle. Alicia is warm, calming and very easy to talk to about how I am feeling and is very accommodating to where my body is at. Highly recommended for any mummas to be. I'll be continuing with her throughout my pregnancy to stay healthy for when bub comes.

A beautiful space that is inviting, and warm. Alicia is so friendly, so knowledgeable and beautifully guides you through the practice which always ends with you connecting back to yourself. Strength here is not about pushing hard and fast, but about cultivating deep conscientiousness in movement and mind. She is inspirational, centred and considered.
