Here at The Flower Nook we think Mother's Day is a perfect time to appreciate all that our Mums (or mother figures) have done and continue to still do for us. The Flower Nooks Sophie & Tegan both sat down with their mothers this week to ask them a few questions. It was a beautiful time for us to reflect with them over a cuppa about their experience of motherhood and other aspects of their lives.
Due to the current #isolife situation and many of us spending more time at home we have made a list of 5 fabulous and low maintenance plants to bring you back to nature. These can be purchased on our website and delivered straight to you or your loved ones door step. The Fiddle Leaf fig (also known as the ficus lyrata) has been an extremely "on trend" indoor plant for the last 3 or so years and for good reason!
The best way to showcase your fresh new blooms is by choosing the right vase. This is something I notice all to often when eating out or going to friends places the right size and shape vase can make or break an arrangement. A one stop shop for all your gifting needs. Same day delivery with user friendly website. Absolutely fabulous company. Tegan and staff are always really helpful and are very flexible when customizing bouquets. Their flowers are always glorious and last a good length of time as well! Highly recommend to anyone! Pass by this store every morning on my way to work and decided to order a 60$ bouquet online for my partner. 60$ well spent I must say! Beautiful arrangement of flowers worth every penny! I called the store shortly after ordering to ensure it would be delivered the same day and they acknowledged and double checked all the details! The lady on the phone was so polite and helpful as well! A hand written note was delivered with the flowers in gorgeous handwriting as well!

Very dissatisfied customer. I ordered an extra large bloom for $119 + $15 extra for delivery online from The Flower Nook for a special occasion. What was delivered was very different to what had been purchased online. I emailed Sophie the following day to discuss our disappointment. She responded two days later requesting a photo of the bloom we received. I received a response two days after this stating,
"We have provided you with the flowers that you ordered we cannot grant you a refund at this time".
At no stage did I request a refund, however would have expected at a minimum either a discount

Placed an order this morning at 9:15am after calling requesting a delivery before 1pm today. Carla was so lovely & very accommodating, she assured me it would be possible to get this organised. Just received these beautiful flowers and even earlier than expected, at 11:30am! Thank you so much Carla :)

Highly recommended! Beautiful flowers arranged by such kind and helpful people. Even when I accidentally gave them the wrong delivery address, they went out of their way to ensure that they were delivered to the correct hospital. I cant stress enough how beautiful the arrangement was. Very high standard! Thank you!
