The order must be received by Mayfair Florist before 12 noon on the delivery day. Our flowers will be delivered before 5pm to business addresses and 7pm to residential addresses.

Outstanding quality flowers. Really hit the brief. Would highly recommend for functions where you need high quality and efficient service. I ordered flowers here for my mothers funeral and they were amazing. A lovely memory to treasure. Attention to detail was amazing.

I specifically ordered pink roses. Red roses were delivered. The quality of the roses was outstanding however the customer service was not. I phoned to complain and there was nothing more than ‘sorry’ or we can ‘swap’ them. This was most unsatisfactory. I sent an email as a formal complaint but no reply was received so regretfully I am now expressing my complaint in a public forum. So disappointing when the quality of the flowers is not the issue.

Thank you very much to Miranda who gave me absolutely fantastic customer service. I called late this afternoon to follow up on a delivery I had placed. Despite the store being all but closed for the day, she answered the phone, followed up with the delivery company and then personally contacted me after hours to let me know. Very grateful for her customer service. Flowers are also extremely beautiful and will definitely be a returning customer for future flower needs!
