I received a bunch of flowers from Saundersons Florists yesterday. The bouquet itself was ok but there was one type of flower that was half dead. I phoned to inform the florist and was met with a very rude and condescending response. He criticised me for not knowing the name of the flower and denied responsibility. He questioned why I was complaining the next day when I had been happy to receive the flowers at the time and then said that there is nothing he can do. Unacceptable in both the product and service.

I have been ordering flowers from them for years. I ordered all my wedding bouquets from them as well. They arrange anything you want and do it beautifully. They are very nice and helpful. Their business has been there for over 50 years. I was a nurse at St.Andrews hospital and one of my duties was to bring the flowers that arrived to the patients, they came from different florists including Saundersons and the ones that lasted the longest were from Saundersons. I highly recommend this florist.
