Up until writing a negative review due to delays experienced we had dealt with the salesman and installer, voicing our ongoing concerns. On reading our review, Jake, the owner, contacted us immediately. He asked what we needed to be done to complete the job to our satisfaction, he then rallied his resources and all was completed in under 3 hours. Jake's recovery of the situation is why we choose to use family owned and operated businesses. Caring goes a long way in servicing customers and ensures return business.

We would highly recommend the team at totally flooring for all your flooring needs. Our hybrid floor has turned out far better then we imagined after trying to work with older existing floor boards on our farm… house. This is the second time we have used Total Flooring. We had carpet laid last year and have just had hybrid flooring laid through out last week. The whole process was carried out professionally and effortless. From the first contact by Rahul to arrange the measure and quote, to the demolition team to remove the existing tiles, and Rick and Aaron to lay the new hybrid flooring , we could not have asked for a better team . First the moment I went into the show room on Upton street , Bundall ♥️ I was greeted with sincere, caring and very keen to guide me into some flooring that I would be interested in. This was achieved by listen to my needs. Not by a pushy sales person. Thank you !

So polite, went about getting the quoted sorted as quickly as possible, right down to calling to let me know well in advance that they were tuning a little late. That just doesn’t happen anymore.

Dan quoted the job, he was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right floor for my home.
