When visiting Cross Carpets to discuss the replacement of carpet in our home we were impressed that the order and cutting details of our precious carpet were still on record - from more than 15 years ago in pre digital days ! The sales service was excellent as was the laying . Communication throughout the process was was effective , the carpet layers were polite , respectful , helpful and flexible.

So very helpful right from the start. could take any amount of samples home. Two young men laying the carpet couldn't have done enough to help us back with all the heavy stuff, which was much appreciated.

Amazing quality product, people and service. Every single person I met or contacted were so nice and helpful. Before seeing them I have contacted 3 other business they all well known big companies. But I wasn't happy and couldn't decide. Then my friend recommended me Cross carpet. I'm really really happy I chose Cross carpet!! Thanks my friend!!
I'm so happy I found them as my go to carpet business. I won't waste any more time to look for carpet in the future. I will definitely ask them all my life. I strongly recommend everyone to see them first or last whatever but you will chose them I guess
