Fine Finished Floors has been available since 2010, and is a Gold Coast Floor Sanding business that provides Hardwood, Lime Wash, Corporate Floor Installation. Fine Finished Floors caters for general public, B2B, and covers the Broadbeach, Currumbin, Tweed Heads, Arundel, Miami, Carrara, Brisbane, Southport, Byron Bay, Burleigh Heads, Surfers Paradise areas.
For most of us, our home represents the most significant investment we will ever make. That being the case, it only makes sense to enhance that investment with a custom floor sanding or timber floor installation, one which will not only increase your enjoyment of your home but actually add to its value for the future.
We recently had a large area of decking re-sanded and stained by Naz and his team at Fine Finished Floors. It was two decks approximately 15 meters long and 3 meters deep and 3 levels of stair. Not only was the contracted price excellent in comparison with other companies, the work was done in a few days which meant less inconvenience for the family.
Drying time for polyurethane is around 8 hrs depending on weather, although you generally leave it overnight before walking on, for moving furniture back in it is best to give a minumum of two days, make sure you place items down and not drag as it is still curing, if you have rugs or mats it is best to move them around every now and then as the area underneath won't darken like the rest of the floor, polyurethane actually takes 2 weeks to reach full hardness, this is the crucial time in being carful as it will scratch and get damaged easier.

From the first contact with Naz to arrange a quote, he was on time and professional to deal with. Once we booked in the job, he arrived when he said he would (rare in a tradies these days) and upon completion of works my wife and I were blown away with the quality of work. I would highly recommend his work to anyone needing their floors sanded, sealed and polished. If there was an option for 11/10 he would get it. We will be getting him back to do the rest of the rooms very soon.
