Services
Our highly qualified staff have extensive experience in neck and back pain, muscle and joint problems, headaches, sports injuries, whiplash, clinical exercise, hydrotherapy, post surgical and sport rehabilitation, sport specific conditioning, running assessments and men's and women's health and continence.
Our physiotherapists begin with a thorough assessment of your injury. This is a vital part of your initial appointment as it allows the physiotherapist to identify the true source of your problem. We use our skills and expertise to formulate a treatment plan that addresses the true cause of the pain, not just the symptoms.
Physiotherapists specialise in assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries using a strong scientific basis. Our Physiotherapists are trained to assess your condition, diagnose the problem and help you understand the cause of your pain. They then formulate an appropriate treatment for your condition.
Hydrotherapy is a term used to describe a structured exercise program in a heated pool. Our pool is heated to 34 degrees. Patients are able to move painful, stiff joints and muscles more easily in the warm water than on land due to the relative weightlessness and buoyancy as well as the soothing nature of warm water.
Our Clinical Exercise Classes have been developed by our Physiotherapists to assist with injury management and performance enhancement and involve the use of Pilates equipment, light weights, theraband, fitballs, foam rollers and other small props. These pieces of exercise equipment enable the participant to target specific muscle groups and joints effectively and efficiently.

Took my eldest son for a skateboarding injury today to Impact and saw Katie. Such a great and thorough service. Here were some brilliant things about Impact: same day appointment; quick to build rapport; very knowledgable; several treatments available immediately eg. ultrasound, strapping; exercises recommended and follow up. Not expensive and lovely admin staff too. Did I mention easy parking?

Super friendly, caring staff who know what they are talking about and do their job well! I have been a regular here for both physio and Pilates for over three years now and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. The centre is well located, has easy parking close by and you can usually see someone the day you call. Highly recommended.
