The GPS here are shocking, seen three here over time ...Not going back , Want to fill in time in some cases , for example demonstrated how to exercise, think it was a excuse for her to get her daily exercise: with a serious cancer issue pending, I had to tell her what the next step was needed as she was slow to action as well as rude : when I got the referral all my medication amounts wrong- however, she covered herself regarding my issues, so it go’s on Don’t go there

Was my first visit and I was quite impressed. Very efficient service by the reception staff and I was not waiting long before I was seen. Dr Heredia was very helpful and professional and provided a high level of care and even sent me a reminder text to purchase my diclofenac gel. Would highly recommend you pay them a visit!

Who needs a Judgemental and rude doctor? Not me! I met with Dr Leanne Heredia, zero bedside manner. Zero care factor, very abrasive, my previous GP retired and she all but accused me of lying!
If you are nervous of seeing a GP, or are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in helping people go elsewhere
UPDATE: I went to see a different Clinic who were able to help me straight away. My other specialist confirmed the advice Floreat tried to provide was incorrect, and they couldn't understand why my medical history was requested for this particular issue.

Dr Leanne Heredia is the best. She is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I had terrible anxiety attacks when I visited her. Before that, I had visited two other drs in another clinic who were not able to help if not worsen the situation. Leanne managed my situation perfectly and effectively.

Always check your Doctor is actually working the day of your appointment. We sat for 50 minutes waiting for our scheduled appointment for our father only be told when we asked that Dr was not in on the day of our appointment. This was after we had received a confirmation text and we had informed the reception that our father was here for his appointment. The problem only came to light after we enquires as the the whereabouts of our Dr. and the staff realised she was not there.

I can't praise Dr Leanne Heredia enough. Her professionalism as well has her kindness and being understanding, really helps make you feel comfortable during your appointment. She is very thorough and will help you the best way possible. It's nice to have that feeling that you're being heard, she has really been a great doctor to me and my family. I saw Dr Amanda Hall for something...and without going into specifics, she missed testing for something obvious (which I only found out at a later date) and this failing is now impacting me 7 months down the track. It could and should have been dealt with back then. My test results were 'fine', but upon double checking it was all OK back then, I found out she didn't test for it. It was so obvious I didn't even think to question if she would test this or not. I don't want to be negative, but this feels so significant, and I just hope no one has anything overlooked that could result in something
