Services
Onslow Road Family Practice has been part of the local community for over 40 years and is an independently owned and operated general practice. You'll find us opposite Rosalie Primary School and close to shops, pharmacy and a pathology collection centre. Several tertiary hospitals and the University of Western Australia are nearby.
Despite modern medical advances, we remain dependent on a natural world for clean air, sufficient water, affordable and safe fresh food both from the land and the oceans. To care for nature is to care for ourselves.
At our practice aims to be a model "green practice"; we have tried to minimise our "environmental footprint" by installing solar panels and solar water heating, reducing energy consumption and waste, and recycling paper and materials where possible. Many of the doctors cycle or walk to work. We have converted our garden to be water wise, installed a vegetable garden and use composting bins for food waste.

If you have any cold or flu symptoms, please do not attend the practice but book a telephone consultation for advice. These are now available for 65+yo (government funded vaccine) and private flu vaccines. Some appointments for flu vaccine clinics are available online through our booking system (adults only).

I went to this practice to have a lump on my back checked. I was told as it had been scratched the Dr was unable to give me any information about it and to come back when it had healed to have it re-checked. I left with no more information than I arrived with and was charged the full fee. Not happy.

Disorganised and a lack of attention to detail. The doctor omitted an item on my pathology request which luckily I picked up. It has taken multiple calls and emails over a month to try to get results. I still don't have them and not one call or email back from them to tell me what is going on. Each time I call back it is back to square one with them not knowing what is going on.
