Services
Estate Agents Co-operative or EAC was established by a group of seven real estate agents in 1960 to help agencies meet the challenges of the time. While our purpose hasn't changed, today we are network of more than 400 members from independent and franchise agencies. The Board of EAC is responsible for all matters pertaining to the running of the Co-operative.
The real estate industry is a dynamic and fast-paced industry, one that we are proud to be part of. We represent the whole of the real estate industry and have members from independent agencies and all the major franchise groups. As a dedicated industry organisation we also understand the complex challenges you face as both an independent office or part of a franchise group while working to grow your business.
There are two ways to upload your property listings to us, the choice is yours. You can use our listing management service or choose to send your listings to us through one of the feeds below. Once your listings are in our system we can then upload them to any of the portals, CRM's or software providers displayed below.

I have been a member of EAC for 5 years and use their forms and video marketing for Property Management. I have found the forms to be comprehensive, cost effective and easy to use and the video marketing helps set my listings apart from other rental listings online.
I have just started to use their mapping services as well and have found the information to be much more comprehensive that that of my current provider. Would highly recommend.
