If you are one of our existing tenants, all repairs are required to be submitted in writing and we ask that you submit your repairs request to through our online repairs request portal. All repairs are attended to as promptly as possible, however, it is often necessary to obtain the owner's permission and/or quotes before any work can commence.
For all urgent repairs please email your property manager that you have had an emergency repair to notify them that you have organised and engaged in one of the tradespeople above. We do kindly request that you send through your maintenance request here and your Property Manager will be in contact with you.

R & W and Rocco's knowledge of the market and local area was very useful, the team very responsive and sincere which helped throughout the whole decision making process.
Property investment offers many advantages. Unlike your money stuck in a bank savings account, it is considered a growth asset class where capital growth outstrips inflation. This means overtime you increase rather than decrease the capital value of your assets. Shares are also a growth asset. However, it's hard to get truly independent information for investing in shares, where as property is a tangible, transparent buy.

Alfredo was a dream agent to deal with. He’s different to the run of the mill agents you generally deal with. He’s respectful and genuine, advocating for your goals with ease, calm and professionalism. We engaged Alfredo after a bad experience with another local agent. What we instantly noticed about Alfredo is his calm, genuine demeanour as well as his willingness to do things differently; offering 45 min inspections with Saturday and Sunday viewings; something which his competitors were not doing. As soon as I first made contact with Rocco he was helpful and honest. He was available at a time that suited me and was always punctual throughout the campaign. Rocco was always quick to make contact after open houses and give buyer feedback on our property. He genuinely liked our house and even got the photographer back to get more photos for us. His communication was great throughout and was accommodating to our needs as a family with small children. He worked to get as many buyers as possible to our auction. Richardson & Wrench were “managing” my property for a number of years...or so I thought. Lack of condition reports and lack of response.
Do not be mislead with promises as you will be disappointed with their extremely poor service. If you have a rental property with them, ask them for a condition report. You may find that they are happy to charge fees and not perform their duty.

Recently I rented an apartment with this real estate and the experience with the previous property manager was nothing more than just frustration and disappointment. No acknowledgement to any of my email and hardly returned any of my phone call.
However, short experience of dealing with Amit for final inspection was smooth and sincere. Amit showed a high level of professionalism and also acknowledged that the previous level of service wasn’t up to the reality’s standards. Overall, painful journey but happy ending!!!
