It is not easy to come across an agent that is responsible and responsive to the tenants, but Andrew Greenway is. He is the best renting agent I have met, he shows his understanding, support to me, he is very quick with my queries even when he was on holiday. He made me feel that I was respected as a tenant not like so many others they just want to simplify the trouble tenant met…… Hope you all the best Andrew and have a prosperous new year.

I moved into this apartment with OPEN real estate and the experience I have with them this past year was horrible, slow response, unprofessional staff and so many mistakes was made by them due to lack of acknowledge. I'm very disappointed and I do not give any respect to the staff who is picking up the call from the office and the management. But one thing I love about is the man who bringing people to inspect the property and his professional work performance 👏 I pay respect to that and that's it. Others work staff is unprofessional and slow at doing they work.

I can confidently say all of the reviews are fake on open real estate. These morons manage my property and as some of the worst real estate agents you could possibly find we switched to them in the hope that they would be better than some of the other agents. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. The level of incompetence from the agents is remarkable. Paying fees that don't pay the bills for you they don't organize things correctly absolutely ridiculous. Seriously waste of money find another agent in Parramatta if you have a property heed my words.
