Would never recommend staying here unless you are desperate. The staff are friendly, but there is nothing the staff can do about the conditions of the stay. I'm sure its student friendly as it is cost effective, but it's all relative to how much sleep you would like to have. If you happy with no sleep then go for it. If you need sleep, you will not get it in this place unless you are lucky enough to have one of the rooms in the basement. The basement actually is the best place to stay there as it has the cleaner rooms (if you are lucky), obviously you will have to bare with the noisy street, but

Although at a very convenient location, the hotel could be a bit more better. There was constant noise of dripping water , no place to keep things, you can hear your next door neighbours. It's really small place.

This hotel is very shabby. There are stains on the walls in the rooms, the lift and corridors are horrendous and due for a makeover. You can hear the rooms next door and above, the doors handles in our room were near falling off, the side tables had not been cleaned, dust on the handles of the draws, a dead fly in the shower. The only decent thing was the bed sheets were clean and the carpet in the room was clean. Other than that, they don't do a thorough job cleaning. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel honestly unless it's for one night. It's 6.8 on Bookings.com for a reason. There are much better

Hotel room is small but clean and bright. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Great location for visiting London with underground and buses minutes walk from hotel. Well worth using this hotel as a base for visiting the top attractions.

Room was really small, had to tune in TV, buffet breakfast was ok most of the hot food was only warm, reasonable selection for continental. Had to be out by 8.30 am before parking charges started but otherwise nice hotel.

The room was big enough for one person, but I went in a room where the toilet was super super dirty. I ask for the room service and after cleaning it it still dirty… so I wore gloves and clean it myself😑. There was a coffee machine which’s good and also the staff were nice.

Friendly staff, room was decent enough a tiny bit small but clean with AC. Towels etc changed daily including coffee pods we are not coffee drinkers but still nice touch. Only problem we had during our 2 day stay was a constant "humming/drilling" noise we worked out on the day we left when the electric card was in it made the noise so maybe a plumping issue? But this did disturb our sleep quite a lot. Either way we would return if this issue was sorted. Awesome location

Samuel the Night Manager is an utter disgrace! Very unhelpful and professional. I was not given the room choice requested. The TV was smashed and did not work. I had to go up and down from the room twice on check in as the key was not programmed correctly! Housekeeping started knocking at 8.45 am! Room was and bed was comfortable, but the staff are dreadful and very unhelpful.
