Extremely unhappy with my stay here! I had to go back down to the lobby not to nice but twice because my room card deactivated and I couldn’t get into my room or up the elevators. First time I went back down to get this problem fixed was around 8pm, second time was when I had come back after a night out at 3am my room card had the same issue. The male at the desk then proceeded to tell me the card stop working after 2am and that’s just how the system is and there wasn’t anything he could do about but continue to fix the problem. Not impressed at all after being out all night it’s not fair

Dont recommend the hotel. The room is horrible, the shower is filfhy, the indian guy in the reception is rude and hes got no ideia what he is doing. I had my flight cancelled from 10am to midnight, i asked him how much for a extra 4 hours, and in a rude way he told me to pay another full night. What a joke. Customer service level zero. When i did my checkout he was rude aswell, i askes for my bond and he said the bond will be given after the lady clean the room, i asked when and he said WHO KNOWS. I only giving 2 stars because the restaurant is amazing and the staff are great. Plus the lady in

We stayed in a kind bedroom at Seasons of Perth a couple of weekends back following a friend's wedding in the city.
Firstly, I left an expensive cosmetic product in the bathroom and realised the day after we checked out. I rang the hotel and the concierge I spoke with was kind and seemed helpful. He said he would check with the cleaning staff as they handle all lost & found items from the rooms. He said I'd hear back in a few days. It has now been over a week and I've called once more and emailed to follow up but I've had no response. A) poor communication and service b) it's not pleasant to effectively

The room was disgusting, there was a smell of mould in the air, the shower had mouldy grout..it was just yuck. Checked in & was stung with $30 for parking then a $200 bond- I'm pretty sure the stuff on the room wasn't even worth $200. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't stay there again. Feel completely misled by the photos & ad on booking.com

Recently stayed in a king room. Very old and outdated, the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom it is outside the bathroom door. Very weird set up.
The air con was very old, we had the fan up high and on the lowest temp and it was still so hot in the room.
The view was of the roof of dirty old buildings.
Foyer is probably the nicest part of the hotel.
When you get out of the lift on the first floor there is a very musky funny smell. Hotel needs some Reno’s.

This hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos!
When in the foyer it seems okay, once those lift doors opened up onto our floor and we stepped out it honestly smelt like someone died. The door to our room was dirty, the window on the first floor was covered in spider webs (on the inside of the building). We opened the door to our room and the smell in the room was disgusting, the bed was so uncomfortable. The air con and heating both did not work. We couldn’t even open the window. Not all of the lights in the room worked. There was a giant crack down the roof and the roof in bathroom was

It was not bad, but nothing too fancy. The price reflects this. The room was recently renovated. The bathroom was quite nice, the actual room was fine but just seemed "old".
We just needed somewhere to stay after a night out for my birthday so it was great for that, but probably not somewhere I would go for a longer stay personally.
The cocktails that we had brought up from room service were great and so cheap! $8 each or $25 for a jug which was great value.

Citro is a regular after work haunt for those of us who work up the unfashionable end of the city. It's pretty daggy looking, but it's comfortable, staff are friendly, it's rarely packed and they have Bulmers on tap. Free bar snacks are offered on a Friday afternoon which is a nice bonus.
If you're after somewhere Instagram-able, Citro is not for you. But if you want an alfresco table, a pint and a couple of hours talking with mates, it could be just what you're looking for.
