Terrible experience. I must have dealt with 10 different staff members over a 3 year period. For 3 years they did next to nothing for my case. At one stage they failed to inform me that my solicitor had left the business and I was assigned yet another. Very unprofessional and they don't seem to know much about workers compensation claims. When I questioned why they were taking so long to finalise my matter, they sent me a letter saying they could no longer help me.

If anyone is thinking of going to Brazel Moore Lawyers for a compensation think again as I feel like I have been completely taken for a joke.
Almost 4 years ago I approached Brazel Moore after suffering a serious back injury at work. I was assured by Brazel and Moore they would take my case on as they agreed I was in my right to claim compensation as I was unfairly treated at work after the accident.
Since the claim has been put forward I have been ignored phone call after call. I'm constantly chasing them up as phone calls are never returned. My first lawyer left the company half through my
