Great spot if you’re working Airport-City. A little bit over the COVID online questionnaire every time you check in, but the managers and staff are seriously awesome! My only advice, upgrade the TV’s with casting or screen mirror features at least, ALL pots n pans in kitchen renewed would be great and add scissors in 2nd draw like the old days 👌

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for myself and disabled family members to stay in whilst we attended a wedding. Less then 24 hours before my check in time they cancelled my booking with little to no sympathy or care that I arrived from a different state within 12 hours by plane. Would not trust them if you are looking for reliable accomodation.

Nice hotel, clean, large two bedroom apartment. Bathrooms and kitchen are really well maintained. Nothing to look outside of the windows but it’s close to shops and coffee places. We had heard it has noisy due to being next to a high traffic zone but so far it’s ok. The only thing I don’t like is the prison like metal fence on the balcony. I can’t work out the need for such an eye sore. Crime? Stop ppl from breaking in or jumping? It wrecks the lovely place.

This hotel was beyond awful, it looked like i was staying in a hostel in Europe, for 5$ a night except it was around 140 u.s. the room was dusty everywhere the couches were covered in stains. The elevator was broken and wont be fixed for several months i was told, had to walk up 5 flights of stsirs after travelling over 20 hours to get there, i would not reccommend this garbadge place to anyone, avoid at all costs

Excessive traffic noise. Small room. Very little space for luggage. There is a balcony overlooking the busy road, but had to keep our shoes on as its grotty. We stayed 2 nights. Nothing is replenished on day two. Had to ask for milk. The bed was wasn't made. For the cost per night, I expected more. Wouldn't stay again.

Nearly a month after my stay here, and I still can't believe my luck at finding such great value here.
Melbourne was sort've tacked on last minute on my trip and we wanted to keep expenses down. I was initially only looking through Air BnB but my wife asked that I look for hotels and see if there was any comparable - even if a little bit more money.
What I found in Punthill was a spot very similarly priced, but located right in the heart of the CBD (most Air BnB's are a bit outside it) and it was a full apartment-sized room. It may have been because it was only Spring, but I think

I have stayed for weeks, multiple times in their apartment hotel room. Centrally located, clean rooms, nice kitchen with in room laundry. Close to Melbourne Airport. Tram station is right on the front of the hotel. Little pricey but great place to stay. I wouldn't prefer their studio rooms as they are very cramped.

I had such a great experience here! The apartment is basically a 1 BR apartment. I had been couchsurfing and going on tours throughout my stay in Melbourne, and I wanted my last night to be in a hotel so that I could relax alone and enjoy the benefits of a long bath and comfy bed. I'd have to say for the price I paid (around $100 USD), this was one of the best values I've ever gotten for hotel stay.
