I recently rang to make an appointment, and was delighted with Michelle at Pakenham who took my call. She was sympathetic, friendly and encouraging. She listened and chatted and took the time to listen to my concerns. I really needed that sympathetic ear at the time. I was pleased to get an appointment within about a week. My mother attended the Hastings clinic a couple of times for routine foot care. Her toenails were not thick at all. She only needed some skin callouses removed. Each visit, Andrew Goff used a machine to file down the faces of all her toenails, without asking her whether she wanted this. Not the tops, the faces. Her nails, which had been pale… pink, strong and healthy, are now paper-thin, red, cracked and bleeding. Very painful for her. It's a disgrace that a so-called trained podiatrist damages toenails. I highly recommend Walk on podiatry. Thanks to Brad who recognized I had a complex foot fracture when it was missed by the hospital and GP. My recovery without Brads help would have been a disaster. Brad explains everything so clearly and I always leave my appointments feeling positive. I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. I look forward to my injury improving with Brads help.

Spent 2 weeks battling with GP's to diagnose some pretty severe foot pain, spent an hour with Tom and walked out (pun intended) with a level of confidence and relief that is uncommon. Easily one of the best medical professionals I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Early days yet but I am confident I finally have someone who wants to help, and knows how to make it happen. Reception staff were really great too. Very highly recommended!

Every time i go to walk on podiatry i love the warm welcome from the lovely office ladys. I have hard hairdresser feet, but i always walk out feeling like i can walk better and feel completely renewed for another 4 weeks!! Reasonable price and maximum results no matter who i get booked in with!! NEVER been disappointed , do yourself a favor and go here! You never knew you needed a podiatrist until you come here!!

Found everyone from the receptionist to Andrew my podiatrist very welcoming and helpful.
Even there fees were reasonable.
I've had callasus on my feet from my work boots for years and should have got them sorted along time ago.
