Rang today for a quote on a caravan to find they do not offer AGREED VALUE anymore. Shame; if they had they may just have got all our insurance business - 2 vehicles, caravan, home and contents. WARNING: if you value your possessions and take care of them, then DO NOT accept MARKET VALUE for anything you insure. Doing this puts you at the mercy of… a company assessor and they usually take the lowest mean value of the product you are claiming on and I for one, do not trust insurers in this area. Make sure you insure only for AGREED VALUE. You may pay a little more but you have the peace of

Today I received excellent customer service from Rebecca at COTA. My automatic payments had stopped and I was three months behind. Rebecca went above and beyond to be negotiable with helping me catch up and restart my policy.

I have just rearranged my home insurance due to a move back to Victoria from NSW. Tom was friendly, efficient and careful in explaining precisely the transactions required and to explain each step. This was all completed so well and the documents arrived in my Inbox to confirm the transactions. I then went on to purchase Travel Insurance for our… holiday overseas in a few months time. A very different requirement, but again proficiency and friendliness shown. The policy is excellent and well laid out. All conveniently paid by credit card on the spot and once again all the documents arrived

Absolutely discusted and appalled with COTA, i rang to change my policy ( to remove one vehicle but replace with another) and update to full comprehensive on both my vehicles plus i had home and contents as well only to be given a quoted amount for all 4 policies, then for the girl to turn around after i said yes to the quote that no i cant have… it as she made a mistake and will not honour the quote... well that mistake is her mistake and not mine so i should have been able to receive the cover at the quoted price.. but no you wouldnt honour it.. bad form & business COTA will never

Great cover and service! Unfortunately I had a fall on a broken step at a market and broke my hip. I had to spend 10 days in hospital which dampened my trip to say the least. Thankfully all my medical expenses were covered by your travel insurance. I was even upgraded to business class for my return trip to Australia! Thanks again, I will never leave home without my COTA travel insurance!!
