This fun & interactive course is perfect for anyone new to yoga or for those yogis wanting to enhance their understanding of the basic fundamentals of yoga - Booking is essential.Includes: Course Packs / 3 x 3 hour sessions / Sunday afternoons.

The Base Yoga is a place for you to come and reconnect with the mind & body whilst gaining all the benefits yoga has to offer. Our aim is to offer the practise of yoga to anyone craving some chill out time, helping you to reconnect with mind & body. We understand the sacredness of joining yourself on your mat, therefore we offer a space to do this whilst we deliver our classes in a fun, playful and supportive environment.
To assist in the incredible efforts of many individuals & organisations alike, the teachers at TBY have rallied & are proud to offer a Bushfire Relief Special Event class to our yoga community. 100% of ticket prices will go to aid communities & wildlife desperately requiring much needed support now & in the near future.
LATEST UPDATE: Although Melbourne is easing out of lockdown restrictions, we in the gym & fitness studio industry remain closed for the time being. We are very disappointed with this outcome (again) as we know how important our studio is to so many of our students, and teachers, for everyday mental & physical wellness.
All classes to be booked via our online booking system ~ Mindbody, using your TBY studio login. This can be accessed via THE BASE YOGA app (preferred), Mindbody app or via our website. CLASS CANCELLATIONS MUST OCCUR 12 HOURS PRIOR to class start if you can no longer attend. YOU must CANCEL via your app.
Annual Memberships & AutoPay Easy Passes can be suspended for up to 6 weeks for travel/illness or injury. Maximum of 2 extensions per annual pass & Easy Pass to the total of 6 weeks maximum. Student must complete and submit a suspension/ cancellation form providing 2 weeks notice. Minimum 2 weeks absence from The Base Yoga to qualify for suspension.

I have been attending prenatal yoga classes on the 4 week introductory pass and it's seriously the highlight of my week! The teachers are all amazing and take very good care of us pregnant ladies. Lots of breathing techniques, gentle stretches and meditation. I walk away feeling so much lighter and confident in my mind and body's capabilities. Highly recommended!!

I found the studio welcoming, it smelt great it was the right temperate and amount of light. I felt as if I was in Bali. Chloe hosted my first class and she was lovely, little bit of humour in her teachings which I loved. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I never felt like anyone was judging your ability, experts and beginners welcome.
