Services
Shorin Kempo is a traditional style of karate founded by KANCHO Sifu Robert McInnes (8th Dan). All fundamentals and self defense applications are founded by his full contact heritage. Shorin Kempo teaches the principles of 'Budo' (the Martial Way) which becomes a guide not only in the dojo, but more importantly in life.
Kickboxing is well known for developing strong fighters but more importantly it has become a pathway for developing incredible fitness. Our classes are structured to cater for all needs from beginners who are just looking to get fit and lose a few extra kilos to competition fighters who require a great deal of attention.
BJJ is a ground based grappling style of fighting that uses technique to defeat the opponent. The practitioner uses joint locks, choke holds and submission holds. BJJ can be used by a person of any size, because it uses a leverage system to control the opponent and does not require physical power. BJJ uses positions like Guard, Mount, Side control, Back mount and many others to find a suitable position to apply a submission technique.
Most Martial Arts schools offer a 'watered down' kickboxing program hoping that you will feel satisfied after a good workout while others offer an intensive short course with complicated techniques that you will never remember in a high pressure situation, let alone years after. The reality is that these programs give you a false sense of security and little to no defensive skills.
We are so passionate about our holistic approach to health and well being that we created a new, connected method to yoga. It's accessible to everyone regardless of your level of fitness, flexibility, injuries or your availability for practice. We take a uniquely different approach where your main focus is on the conscious breathing and gentle movement.

I was looking to introduce my younger sister to the world of martial arts as a way to get her active whilst having fun, and I came across this place. From the moment I've walked in, Shihan Matt and his wonderful team have provided her with that and so much more. They've created a community that promotes discipline, self-confidence, and respect for others and the art itself, which she greatly enjoys being a part of every week.

Very unprofessional behaviour. The front desk lady who she calls her self the co owner was very rude. With the advertisement on Facebook the packaged deal for $49 My daughter being 4years had her first class today. I my self was with her in the class, she was confident and was enjoy her self on the class never even looked back for me. But the minute we were about to leave my daughter refused to go home being a toddler crying that she wants to stay. While my husband was dealing with her the lady on the counter looking at her very rudely says that I can’t enrol her she needs to come back again

Very unprofessional behaviour. My son just attended two classes and didn’t like the behaviour so he refused to go. I don’t think they are doing equal behaviour with all the communities and when I rang them to cancel the enrolment they said they will cut money from account for at least three months but they haven’t informed me in the starting. Greediness on the top.

I have 2 boys that train in Brazilian jujitsu through CEMA.
The coaches and the staff are absolutely amazing.
My boys love going to classes every week and always look forward to classes every week.
I cannot fault them at all.
I will not go elsewhere and I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to find a great martial arts school.

The martial arts taught here is some of the best in the country if not the world with many of the students going on to compete at a high level overseas. If your looking to start training i would highly recommend coming down to Casey Elite were you will not only be around the best instructors but also the best training partners. Martial arts schools like Casey Elite are extremely rare so if your anywhere near Cranbourne its definately worth checking out.

I can’t speak highly enough of this place. The training facility and instructors are world class and the environment is nothing but supportive. Definitely the place to train. Great Sensei's 4th Dan and Sempei's. Good solid training not only in Karate but also BJJ, self defence and world class Fighting techniques. Great Family environment with a number of Families training together.. I personally recommend this place to train with Family and Friends. You will not be disappointed!!
