Worst mechanic on the earth, extremely dishonest, this business is more busy in reply of their review than fixing cars. i went for RWC a few years ago, i am not a dumb when it comes to cars he was telling more than 15 defects of my car needs fixing. eventually paid him for the dodgy inspection but got RWC from other mechanic who found only a few bushes that is it. Most of his five star reviews are fake so my humble request, before you visit this place think twice.

After visiting another mechanic and receiving a very expensive quote, I decided to do my own research. After reading many reviews I shortlisted three different mechanics and emailed them all.
Western Auto Services were the first to get back to me and they did so very quick. They answered all the questions I had and their quote came back much lower than the first mechanic I visited.
I dropped my vehicle off and they carried out the work in a timely manner. I would recommend these guys and I will for sure be using them again.

Not transparent, booked in for RWC and got told reinspection is at additional $55 cost, unless they do the work. I have a broken windshield so I fail to see how a mechanic can fix that.
Workshop filthy dirty and owner leaves his employees on their own to deal with irate customers (3 of us all in same boat this morning). When I did speak to the owner I could barely understand him through his broken English and got told that the terms and conditions are on their website (?!) and they can’t explain the T&Cs to everyone over the phone because they get a ‘1000s’ of bookings a month.

I took my Suzuki Swift in for an RWC check as I am selling it on, had just had one recently (6 months ago) when I bought it so I thought i'd just take it to a mechanic close to where I live as I expected it to fly straight through. Never have i regretted a decision so much. I was told that my car had a "MASSIVE" oil leak and it was going to cost me… around $350 to repair and that my front windows tint was too dark(the tint that has been through multiple rwc checks). This seemed a bit off to me as it had been in one spot for a few weeks as I have purchased a new car and it wasn't being driven

Great service, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I went to some other place to get my RWC done but I got a big repair list with $1700 quote from other workshop. Luckily I found western auto service on google and get my RWC done from them, they found a few issues but not as other workshop. Has been repaired my car and get my certificate from them for $750 (save a lots of money), it was really fantastic service I have ever had, fast service as well as good price too. Thanks you guys for your service.

5 stars all around, couldn't ask for a better experience.
Came in to get timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, air and oil filters done - was very reasonably priced (got a lot of quotes from a few places) and done very quickly.
Very helpful with sorting out payments plans and answered all my annoying questions on the phone and email - would recommend Western Auto to anyone and will be coming back.
