From humble beginnings until now the Hotel has seen some enormous changes, however one thing hasn't changed and that is the passion, care and community feeling we continue to live and breathe. Our owners and operators Clint, Matt and Mike are three laid back guys with a passion for great local produce, South Australian wines and good times.
Searching for the best venue for an upcoming corporate function, birthday, engagement party, wedding or private event? At the Oakbank Hotel, we have a range of private dining spaces available which include our function room, beer garden, Steak House restaurant and alfresco dining area looking over the beer garden with a stunning spacious manicured lawn area.
We're a passionate group of lads, love the Adelaide Hills and participating in the activities in our local community. We love meeting our neighbours, schools and local clubs to give back to this wonderful part of South Australia we are proud to call home. The Oakbank Racing Carnival is also something we are very proud to host in the Adelaide Hills and famously in Oakbank as a community.

Went here for the first time in the New Year. Always heard good things so thought we would give it a go. Very happy with the food and the service. Steak was cooked just like a flame grilled steak should. Service was very friendly and efficient. Plenty of space outside to eat, either under a giant verandah or down on the lawn. Small lawn bowls area for kids to keep entertained. Well worth a visit if your'e hungry and thirsty.

Quality pub grub with a chef who definitely knows how to respect and grill a steak, generous sides and tasty sauces.
Also has an awesome grassy outdoor space to kick your shoes off and spend a summers day with the kids.
Special shout out to Lauren for exceptional and sincere service.

Good steak as advertised but not cheap. As long as you are prepared to pay appropriately for a quality cut of meat. If you see my other reviews the steak here beats the pants off a fancy Adelaide CBD steak restaurant.
Chips are good and the kids meals come out super quick, oh and the kids nuggets are the bomb too! Cos you know, nugs are life!
Garden setting out the back is great on a summer day too, anyone for Bocce?!
