King Room One features a king size bed, spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower, two flatscreen digital televisions. Cute and cosy King Room 2 offers the best views of all over the Stirling's beautiful trees. With a king size bed, modern bathroom. Balcony Room 3 is a favourite with classic French doors opening to a balustrade outdoor seating area overlooking Stirling's main street.
Menus featuring seasonal and regional Adelaide Hills produce and traditional pub fare meet modern multicultural flare across breakfast, lunch and dinner, gourmet pizzas and some all day dining snacks. Seven-days-a-week The Bistro offers a unique and exciting dinning and drinking experience. Slick contemporary styling and a warm, casual vibe spills outdoors to a cool alfresco area framed by the leafy Hills streetscape.
Our newest arrival to the Stirling Hotel is our Wine bar and Dining. This space offers guests a place to relax and un wind with a fresh and seasonal cocktail or an opportunity to explore the wine list that showcases the diversity of the Adelaide Hills and its sub regions. Dining is casual with table service.
A truly unique gourmet experience, The Stirling Hotel Cellars and Patisserie combines boutique wines, craft beers and small batch spirits with fine food and quality, speciality coffee to enjoy in house or take away. Starting with the best coffee in the Adelaide Hills, choose from our house blend, created specifically for the Patisserie by 5 Senses, or from our guest roasters both local and interstate.
Entry fee includes a glass of wine on arrival, porchetta plus sides and access to the days entertainment! Join us ever weekend in the Bistro as we source the best acts in Adelaide to keep you all entertained. Brand new feature winery in the bistro - La Prova Wines.
