Nice little spot for lunch time yoga. Classes can get pretty crammed as the space is small. Also, different teachers have completely different styles, even if you are doing the same class. Chill Flow with one teacher is WAY more tough than Chill Flow with another. Same with L.S.D (Long, Slow,Deep). Aside from that inconsistency, I'm happy to still pop in once or twice a week.

Flowlab is a great yoga shala with excellent teachers in a central location and sessions throughout the day and the week..
Attending regularly via a combination of in-class and online sessions I can attest to the quality of the classes and the benefits gained from regular practice. Each of the teachers bring their own unique insights and approach to the vinyasa flow yoga practice with adjustments to poses to allow for various levels of experience.
Try a class for yourself, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Recently did a three class trial. Not many pure yoga studios in the CBD. The studio has a good vibe. Instructors are great! Would like to see a few less mats though as it can get a bit squishy.

Friendly, experienced and committed teachers bring a wealth of knowledge and catering for beginners to the advanced. Workshops provide opportunities to focus and advance your practice. Classes are punctual and run before, during or after work so I always get to weekly classes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for yoga in the CBD.

I have tried flow and 101 yoga classes. yoga 101 was very good to start with .Instructor was taking it slow and helping to get the postures right and giving demo before trying . Flow was an amazing workout and really challenging.Place is good but it is right at the signal ,which is bit noisy.

Awesome yoga studio, especially for beginner yogis. The teachers are very experienced and friendly - in particular Thana and Amelia. All the teachers are very patient and attentive to different needs. I love the small sizes of the classes as there is a lot more time for one-on-one teaching. Great location right in the CBD. Would highly recommend!

Flow classes are well taught and teachers really help you try to advance your practice. I'm reasonably experienced and find myself challenged often with proper guidance on how to progress. I've had nothing but good instructors so far.
It is a cramped space, but this is par for the course in Sydney - Power Living and Be One are the same so no issue there.
Would love some proper facilities to shower and change. It's pretty awkward changing with the 'curtains' which don't even close properly, and having to bring your clothing into the studio so you don't intrude on someone elses changing space.

Flow Lab is a wonderful inner-city sanctuary that helps me immensely in staying sane during the work week!
They have a huge range of different types of classes and each teacher I've experienced has been brilliant in different ways. The lunchtime classes are 45 minutes so are perfect to fit into the day.
I had the pleasure of a one-on-one class with Liz as part of my 3-month pass. Liz has given me a great range of exercises and advice to help me use yoga (and meditation) as a tool to help with my lower back issues due to degenerative disc disorder.
I also recently took Vicki's roller class and

I visited here on business given it had a good timetable and central location. The space is small and cosy and the teachers are friendly. The class description mentioned intermediate to advanced Vinyasa however the morning classes I went to were more slow stretch.

Absolutely love this studio! Liz is amazing at pushing you with a big smile, Ange is the sweetest teacher and her classes are so calming, and finally Danielle is such an inspiration she masters insane poses. Working everyday to be as strong as these gals! The classes are all levels, I start soft on Monday with Restore and Flow, Vinyasa on Wednesday and Thursday and some core work on Friday, the perfect combination for a yoga addict :) Advanced yogis would definitely be happy with the studio as we regularly work on balancing poses.Recommend +++!!!!!!
