In 2014 Brent Co-founded a Cosnett Training Systems, the premier personal training gym of South East Melbourne. Brent has successfully coached a wide variety of clients, from bodybuilders, physique competitors, powerlifters as well as athletes in a multitude of sports.

Boasting extensive knowledge of physical training, nutrition and rehabilitation, Dale is known for his straight up and intelligent approach to helping his clients achieve rapid changes.Having previously been co-founder and head coach of Central Victoria's premier performance facility, Dale re-located to Cosnett Training systems in 2019.

Boutique PT/functional training gym. I am yet to see a bro or hear much grunting. Yoga instructor is awesome.
I train with a goal to improve my mental health. I see Ben three times a week. It is a huge well ventilated factory, I have never seen it crowded. There are small group training sessions for the more social peeps. Kid and dog friendly.

Best Personal Training studio on the Mornington Peninsula. They are amazing at 1on1 Coaching & also Semi Private Group Sessions, working with not only a good quality program but also help with their nutrition & goal setting. Great place!!

I have been to the other gyms in the area over the last 20 years and cosnett by far has the most qualified/knowledgeable trainers.
