We love the Yarra Valley and it's ranges. It's been our home for over four decades and we count ourselves lucky for every minute we've lived in this beautiful region. In 2009 we started selling locally made products online to share our love of this unique and special place. Over a decade later, that little online store has grown into Yarra Valley Trading.
As soon as your order is placed, we'll work to ship it out to you that day unless it's out of stock. Depending on your location, you can usually expect your order to arrive within 2 - 3 days of despatch. Please contact us if you have any more questions about delivery times. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of despatch, let our customer service team know immediately.
Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped within 2 days from receipt of payment in full. Orders are usually sent by courier and on occassion by Australia Post. Some orders may take a day or two longer than stated because a product that was ordered maybe out of stock or not available from the manufacturer.
