I had a tele booking with one of their Dr and urgently needed prescription for my blood pressure medicine. The dr told me, i will receive the prescription in a while. After that, i called them twice and told them, im a covid positive and need my blood pressure prescription urgently. They simply did not provide it up untill now despite me explaining my situation and begging for my prescription. By the way, this is a common practice for them and everytime i book for tele counselling, i need to call them multiple times to get the prescription.

Don’t bother booking for a COVID test. You will still need to join the long line and wait. Find another clinic which honours bookings.
The staff member on the desk handling data collection was incredibly rude and disorganised. No orderly line just putting people to the left right and not maintaining any form of social distance. This centre should be closed down.

Such a bad place i did a mistake to visit them staff is totally untrained i have appointmed for 12 and my turn comes at 6pm totally crazy and the staff is totally uncoprative.No hygiene at all Sanitisers bottles was empty no cleaning at all of the waiting area and reception no social distancing i should reccomend NSW HEALTH visit and take action on that.

I wrote a 1 star review yesterday and am editing my wording today purely because of the beautiful angel of a nurse Ala (please forgive me if my spelling is incorrect). Over a period of 2 days I waited 4.5hrs total to be seen but she is so understanding and kind that it’s impossible to be frustrated. I’d give her alone the 5 stars. This clinic is very very lucky to have her and the other lovely receptionist that kept us informed (AKA not the one that hung up on me twice). Thank you both!

I want to express the satisfaction with the experience I had with a2z medical centre. The vaccine process was smooth and on time with my appointment. The staff were very caring and polite. Whilst other medical centres i contacted had a long waiting list for the covid vaccine, the practice manager Tareq was able to fit me in on short notice. He went above and beyond for me. An experience I’ve had like no other and I will definitely be returning. I will confidently recommend this clinic to anyone looking for medical services A+

This Medical Center and staff were so helpful and caring, from check in to vaccination and check out. An amazing customer service from Staff and the manager Mr Ahmad. They are working very hard during this pandemic times to provide the Covid19 vaccinations to the public. Many of my friends are also booked to be vaccinated at A2Z Medical, to keep us safe and functional to carry on with our life’s without being worried.
Certainly it was a pleasure experience with the Center and highly recommend to pay a visit to feel their hospitality. 👍

A modern medical centre with the individual attention and outstanding medical experience. You are in great hands from the moment you are greeted warmly through to the thorough consultation you'll receive from the friendly and caring doctors who take their time to listen rather than process you through in 10 minutes. I cannot recommend this practice enough!
