Start budget planning, learn roughly how much you can borrow, understand your repayments and more before you purchase your property. Please note that all calculators provide estimates only. If you want to make an offer or be taken seriously by the agents, you need to have a qualified "conditional approval" so please give us a call to discuss your options.
We then send you an email giving you all the facts in writing - 1 to 4 hours depending on complexity. We can complete this with you or you can use our Customer Portal to enter the information and upload the required documentation. These vary by lender but typically ID, income, existing loans and bank statements.
For most of clients we work through the home loan application process for you, using your instructions and supporting documents. However if you prefer to be in control of the process in your own time we can provide you with access to our secure Online Application Portal where you can complete all of the information and upload all of the required documents.
