We made two orders (paid in full – several hundred) and Valley Flowers only delivered one order ($95 worth of filler flowers) the two days before our wedding (Sun).
We were then told that Valley Flowers would not deliver out to our area on the Sat and therefore we didn’t have flowers that we had ordered and paid for the wedding. They did give us the option to meet halfway (approx. 3 hours away). Given out wedding was 24 hrs away, we were obviously unable to do that.
We did get a refund but it caused a lot of issues/stress for us the day before and morning of the wedding.

Abbey and Payton from valley fresh provided the most stunning flowers for my wedding, I don't know much about flowers so really had to put my trust into them. I was so happy with the results. I basically just said romantic and whimsical with a rough colour guide and they nailed it! Also so well priced for their services. Highly recommend!

It was so refreshing to meet someone like Abbie- someone who genuinely cared about how our wedding turned out! Her attention to detail, passion for her work and knowledge of flowers, styling etc was amazing. She listened to us and was on the same page and keep in contact throughout the process.
My family were very appreciative of Abbie taking the time to help them set up the reception room and helping them to make our vision a reality.

Valley Fresh Flowers supplied the florals for my wedding. Abbie was super helpful from the very beginning. She suggested some tips on how I could save money and was receptive to any changes I made along the way. Abbie checked in regularly and I was confident that everything would be perfect, which it was! I was super happy with the flowers, they were beautiful and I would definitely recommend.

Valley Fresh Flowers supplied the flowers for our wedding last week and I could not recommend them highly enough! I showed them photos of the colour palette I wanted and Abbie matched it perfectly, the colours looked SO great on the day! Abbie also did up our bouquets and the shape/size of them was exactly what I had conveyed, I think my bouquets might have been one of my favourite things about the day! She also arranged the buttonholes and floral hair pieces which were absolutely lovely. Abbie was very friendly, organised and easy to deal with and did everything quite last minute as things didn

I used Valley Fresh Flowers for my wedding bouquets and table centrepieces. Centrepieces were lovely. Bouquets were browning and half dead when we picked them up (midday Saturday) and were drooping so much we had to cut half of bouquet off on Sunday morning. There were way too many girls that called and emailed me throughout the process (often about the same things I have already gone over with the previous person). Despite being a Sunday wedding, (and confirming with the girls NUMEROUS times), Valley Fresh continuously referred to the wedding at "Saturday", perhaps this is why they were half dead

Ordered 5 bunches of champagne spray (baby)roses for my sons engagement party. what we got was 5 bunches of PINK spray roses. Was never contacted and asked what would be a better alternative if they could not get the champagne colour requested. Not happy with the service provided and as it was a Saturday the stock on the cool rooms was low so no other choice but to take the PINK roses. Future daughter in law is in tears and has said she will definately not go there for the wedding flowers. We are all very upsetas this was to be a special day for them.
