Everything Floral is a florist and gift shop dealing primarily in fresh flowers. We also stock a range of giftwares and floral themed items, and are getting busier with the gift hampers we have in store and do to order. We also have a small range of helium foil and latex balloons for a variety of occassions.

Services
The most common service we provide with artificial flowers is a customer will bring in a pot they want an arrangement done in for their home, give us specifications for what they are after, if necessary we order in the artificial flowers and then design the arrangement for the customer. The second most common is for weddings.

As part of the largest florist network in the world we send and receive orders from all over the country - and world - on a daily basis. Surrounding areas outside these suburbs will incur small surcharges, depending on their exact location. Orders sent through the network for national or international orders have standard delivery and handling fees set by the network.

This video is of one of the first weddings we did after opening the doors of Everything Floral. It was truly special as the bride and groom expressed who they were as a couple and as individuals in so many refined and unique ways. But it would never have been as fantastic without these two great beautiful people deeply in love.

Called at almost 3pm as the business closes at 4 and still no delivery so I was making sure someone had been home if they had attempted delivery earlier or if they could have been delivered and gone unnoticed. Spoke with a man who stated “as I would have told you yesterday I dont guarantee times” I told him I spoke with a lady yesterday who didn't mention times at all but I was just ensuring they were on their way. 2 from 2 phone calls now I’ve felt as though my business wasn’t wanted, message received.

I called and asked for a suggestion to the florist, the response was quite shocking. I'm sure I heard the word "silly" given toward me, as a response to my question and thought....well...that's a shame, we're about to look for our office regular florist, but, as I'm not impressive with your customer service today, I have you crossed from the list and certainly not recommending everyone near me to use your service in the future. But surely you're a big name in Newcastle and customer is least important in the book? What a first class attitude.

The most unprofessional, badly trained and inept florists I've ever dealt with. Over the years I've used many florists that have delivered excellent arrangements of flowers on time. I thought that I'd try a local shop to give them the business-keep it local so to speak. BIG MISTAKE! Valentine's Day flowers for my wife that were going to be delivered in the morning today have still yet to arrive at 5:15pm as it now is. The shop couldn't find any order from me, were not well trained in dealing with customers and one guy even told me "I hate this business. I hate Valentine's Day. If I could just close

Called in to get a bouquet for a friend. .
Felt overwhelmed by being served by a rude larger man complaining they had a big day and my budget for flowers limited my options
Did make up a lovely bunch but told his off sider he was closing soon 4ish as he'd had enough
Also rude to a man waiting to be served after me
