Extremely disappointed with my purchase. Paid over $100 for something that looks NOTHING like the picture. Different paper and flowers, and poor quality flowers and arrangement. Nothing 'rainbow surprise' about it. Never again!

Terrible!!
I won't ever make the mistake again or let anyone I know make the mistake of paying for flowers from here!
Paid $125 for the deluxe arrangement, it was supposed to come with extra roses but didn't. The bunch of flowers was very underwhelming, minimal, the roses drooped and their heads are almost falling off after a few days. Either make the arrangements better or lower the price. I have created better bunches of flowers from Woolworths and Coles!

Service great from phone call to delivery.
Flower arrangement what I ordered n beautiful.
Recipient also very happy.
Staff helpful and agreeable to delivering flowers to an alternate nearby location if no one home at original destination.
Rang me as requested when flowers were delivered and who accepted delivery as I was interstate and was happy to know that they would reach my cousin.

I have never in my whole life, received anything so lousy.In a ugly plastic bowl with 4 $2 plants in it, no wrapping. It was definitely not worth the money paid for it, they ripped of an elderly lady, Shame on you.

A friend received a dozen red roses yesterday for Valentines Day and the quality is disgraceful. The tips of the petals were black and
frazzled not to mention the greenery was "baby's breath". At the cost of $115 without the delivery fee is once again DISGRACEFUL and I would not recommend this florist to anyone

Very disappointed. Thought I would support a local business, I paid $120 for the smallest and most underwhelming basket of flowers I have ever seen. This was supposedly the "deluxe" option. The delivery person was also extremely rude and insensitive considering the flowers were for a college who's wife of 55 years had just passed away.
0/10 will not use this florist again.

Disappointed. I have gone to ronnies for years and have always been happy with the price to qty and look how ever today I ordered a bunch of flowers same as I have in the past and I feel as if I was ripped of the bunch was nothing special and not up to the standard that I know from them.

VERY overpriced. Paid over 100 dollars for flowers to be delivered less than 1 kilometer. What showed up could have honestly been purchased for 30 dollars at the grocery.
