Wing Chun martial arts is great for self-defense, fitness, stress-relief, improved confidence, coordination, focus, discipline, to socialise, or just for fun. Master Joe Sayah began training Wing Chun Kung Fu directly under Grandmaster William Cheung at age nine. In 2001, he was certified as a red sash Master, the youngest person in the world to attain that degree.
He's been teaching and touring internationally for 25 years and began teaching in 1999. At Wing Chun Universe we offer professional instructors, who are all certified under Master Joe Sayah. I have been training with Sifu Jason since I was 5 years old, I am now 11. He is great and he changes classes to deal with common problems we face at school. Sifu believe in me and teaches me respect, understanding and how to protect myself at school when being bullied. He is awesome and the best teacher I have had in my life.

I live in Melbourne Australia and have been a student of Wing Chun Universe Oakleigh for the past couple of years and I have to say it is fantastic. Great teacher, wonderful students and amazing facilities, if you want to learn wing chun in Australia by a leading school this is where to head.

Sifu Jason is a natural teacher and imparts knowledge exceptionally well. He is a top bloke as well. The school is bright and clean and very welcoming. The other students are friendly. There are complete beginners and others have tried different martial arts. We are all converts to Wing Chun. It is a safe and comfortable place to learn Wing Chun. So come along and give it a go. You will meet awesome people, like me!
