We tried for a couple of months to get the appropriate cover, was referred to these guys by someone I trust and they had a quote for me in under 1 week. Couldn't be happier, I am the CEO of 2 companies and will always find the time to refer people to them or recommend them.

I contacted Pollard regarding professional indemnity and general liabilty insurance. The initial impression was great and they were really helpful and got me a woute really quickly. My requirements changed not long after (client updated the contract) so I asked for increasing the quote and make sure all the details are matching my contract. Christmas break kicked in a few days later, so we stopped communicating for a week. Later I rang them back, they reassured me everything was on track and they are going to contact the insurer. Then total radio silence. 2 weeks passed since then and still total

I am extremely happy with Pollard staff. I had a storm damage claim and they helped me to fill in the claim form and then kept me updated on the status of my claim. Could not fault their service. My business is important to me but more importantly, they made me feel that my business was important to them.
