I was very pleased with the service provided by Monique, the claims manager for Benton Insurance services. I had my car stolen. She made the process of getting the claim very easy. I had no problem in getting the claim. and got the best customer service and support. She also ensured that i receive a great deal on the new car insurance.Highly recommend to anyone looking for insurance.

We have just gone threw Benton Insurance for our rescue animal farm and honestly the best service i have ever received Kerryn is so professional and was so quick to get the ball moving on our insurance. even if she was out of the office she would get back to me ASAP not days later but only hours absolutely AMAZING and FAST service honestly OUTSTANDING!! could not recommend BENTON INSURANCE enough!!!

I challenge anyone to beat the combination of competive premiums and fantastic personalized service offered by this company. I have used this company as my insurance agent for several years. They covered my household insurance initially. I found their premiums competitive, and after a few years I subsequently used them as my business insurer as well because of their competitive premiums. Each year they do the premium evaluation on your behalf and suggest a renewal with a particular insurer. They offer a very personalized service rarely attainable in these times.
