Conveyancing Services was established in 1986 and our Licensed Conveyancers are qualified to advise you in relation to all types of real estate and property conveyancing. We complete all the legal work associated with the transfer of property - Residential, Mortgages, Industrial, Rural, Land, Commercial, Vacant Land & Strata.
At this time, Conveyancing was primarily only available through solicitors firms. Conveyancing Services was at the forefront of the battle in NSW Parliament to have Conveyancers licensed in NSW to provide a viable alternative to the previously solicitor dominated monopoly. A lengthy battle finally resulted in the passing of the Conveyancers Licensing Act 1992.
Our experienced Conveyancers will review a Contract for a property that you are considering purchasing, so that you can decide if it is the right place for you. The review can be done either face to face at our Newcastle or Maitland offices, or via email, whatever is easiest for you! We will comprehensively review the Contract and all the disclosure documents and explain them to you in plain english.
We provide agency settlements for Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, East Coast, Maitland and surrounding suburbs. Our experienced Conveyancing Settlement Agents are available to complete your sale, purchase or refinance conveyancing matters in the Newcastle, Maitland and Lake Macquarie areas. Conveyancing Services regularly carry out settlements for other conveyancing and legal firms, as well as incoming and discharging financial institutions.
