Services
At e-C Conveyancing Online, we are experienced. Everyone working here has at least 12 years' experience in conveyancing in New South Wales, and some of us have over 25 years' experience. Our staff can handle metropolitan or rural conveyancing with ease, including all forms of title. We can help with water access licences, private irrigation districts, road closures and all aspects of rural conveyancing.
When buying a home, the Agent should be able to provide you with a copy of the Contract. You can upload a copy of the contract here, or give us the agent's details and we will contact them for a copy. We will review the contract for you, and advise you on any changes we recommend and alert you to any potential problems.
Choose an agent. When selling a home or other real estate we recommend you contact at least three agents to do appraisals of your property and give you their proposals for a marketing program. Before the agent can market your property, you will need a contract. Provide us with your agent's details and the address of your property by completing our online form here.
