Probably the largest single problem encountered by the Legal fraternity in dealing with debt recovery matters is this: Too many clients wait until it is too late before taking any form of action. Whether one is dealing with relatives, friends, partners, business or commercial activities; the tendency is for everyone to give too much latitude to debtors in many scenarios.
We can assist clients wishing to acquire or dispose, mortgage, hire, lease or license a wide range of property whether it is personal or business. On any outright disposal of property we act for either vendor or purchaser. Clients sometimes do not fully appreciate that their major assets are tied up in Property: whether it be a home/s or commercial and industrial real estate.
Most people do not get married with a view to divorce - but most Australians do not consider the advantages of legally binding prenuptial agreements. Australian couples can organise their future responsibilities & rights by utilising a binding financial Agreement. A financial Agreement is a contract entered into between both parties either before or after the actual Wedding date.
Without a Will, you have no control over who will benefit from your estate. When a person dies without a valid Will, they die 'intestate' and the estate will be distributed according to the provisions of the Administration and Probate Act 1958 (Vic). Conversely, a well drafted Will should provide an effective defence against claims and ensure that your assets are distributed according to your wishes when you pass away.

I would avoid this company if possible if you are looking for conveyancing services. Mostly unavailable when you need them on the phone and no coordination between their team members which resulted in a week delay on my settlement which cost me in penalty interest.
They seem to be competent but extremely poor service and very stressful to work with.

Called on behalf of a client who is expecting settlement today and just asked for confirmation in writing. They responded rudely to wait for this later as they have other things to do now. They also commented that they have thousands of settlements a year, not like some small office in Box Hill. I am not sure what is the relation to Box Hill but i will chalk this up as absolute arrogance and borderline racist.
