Do not deal with them, they do not care about your file. They delayed with me more than a month and a half, and they will not change anything, even if they read your file more. The words are not true. I don't want to put her name that I dealt with

I reached out and was told that a specific lawyer is the one to help me. This person sat for 3 days and did not even look at what was so important that i acquired a lawyer. When i inquired about the progress i was told that this person would take a look and then let me know what he/she could do. Regardless of that, when things get hectic for people to hire a lawyer, i was not impressed in any way. The person in mention did not help reduce the stress and help in a good way. Their website mentions that they are there for us and to reduce stress and make the person feel like their respected. I SAW

Avoid the law office. The receptionist is Very unprofessional and rude. The way she spoke to us was very bad. If you are a paying client take your money somewhere else.
Diana was supposed to be our lawyer and she took almost a month to review our files and when it was almost time for the court she dropped the case. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Very bad experience, wasting money and time with the lawyer Diane Aoun .i am her client and went 2 time in person to see what she has done for my file , No answering, or emails or calls from her since I signed with her. This week I pay twice for the parking to go there in person to follow my case and I got promises from her assistant to call me back or send email and I didn't hear from her till now .layers

I haven't had a ton of experience with lawyers, therefor I can't say for sure what the average etiquette is but I've spoken to Barbara Hayes and she was very rude and even insulted my intelligence. I'm not one to complain but even the receptionist wasn't friendly. I just figured with the kind of money we pay for lawyers that we could expect better customer relations. But that's just me.
