Clear fee structures: we offer fixed fees for most aspects of our family law services, and our conveyancing and Wills, see Our Fees Explained. Handy location: we're located in Raglan House, Raglan Street, South Melbourne, with easy available on-street parking.
Innovative client engagement: We use email, skype and phone conferences to ease the neccesity of you attending personally at appointments, this means we can work within your already busy schedule.We charge clients fixed fees for almost all aspects of family law matters, this means if your matter is suitable for a fixed fee arrangement that you can enter into a fixed fee agreement and know exactly what your costs will be.

Nicole is our Principal Lawyer and was admitted to legal practice in 2004. She has worked almost exclusively in family law since her admission, and started her career with (what was then) the largest law firm in country Victoria dealing with family law, wills and estates and property law.
Before coming to Accessible Family Law Renee spent 13 years working within the Federal Magistrates Court (as it then was), Family Court and in the Federal Court of Australia.Renee commenced her career at Victoria Legal Aid before working in the capacity as a Deputy Associate and then Associate in the Federal Magistrates Court (now the Federal Circuit Court) before moving onto the Family Court as a Judge's Associate.

Relationship breakdown is an enormously stressful life event. We work to reduce the emotional and financial cost and make the transition easier for everyone concerned. When a relationship has reached an end and it's time to for two people to separate, it can cause a major upset for everyone concerned.
Your children's wellbeing and happiness is your utmost priority. Our aim is to help you reach an agreement about parenting matters as swiftly as possible to reduce disruption and ease transition. Separation and divorce is never easy for children. But there are several ways to reduce the stress and emotional cost of the transition.
Spousal maintenance is an obligation that one partner might have to maintain the other financially after separation or divorce if their ex-partner cannot support themselves. Spousal maintenance is a separate and distinctly different matter from child maintenance and support. Any entitlements you may have to financial support from your former partner will depend on your respective financial situations.
