Spent a year here and absolutely loved it. Master Costa is one of the most experienced martial artists in the country, and most important of all, is brilliant at sharing his knowledge with his students. The academy hosts a very open and friendly environment and it's been my home away from home after each day of corporate drudgery. I've very reluctantly had to leave due to moving quite far from the inner west, but I'm definitely going to back here as soon as I'm back. Highly recommend!

An amazing well positioned school. Zeus is under the ownership of Master Costa Prasoulas; a multiple blackbelt in several martial arts including Pankration, Taekwando, and Hapkido. He is also a Master Instructor in Muay Thai and a BJJ Brown Belt under world renowned Black Belt Marcello Montiero.
Zeus has multiple blackbelt instructors and teach from practically all ages; ranging from kids, teens, and adults.
I cannot stress the diligence and personal care you receive when training here. Highly recommended.

I love Zeus. Everyone is super friendly. The instructors are knowledgeable and lovely. The range of classes on offer allows you to develop a comprehensive fighting style, from grappling to striking to self defence techniques. Plus, it keeps you fit and strong - when I started I couldn't do a chin up, now I can do 5. They have an excellent deal on unlimited classes, so get stuck into it!

A brotherhood. Higher belts and everyone in general want to see you succeed and are more than happy to go out of their way for you during and after class.To this very day there has not been a single class that I have attended where I haven't learnt something new. It is also an ego-free environment that fosters humility and encouragement. Joining this academy is without a doubt one of the best decisions I've made.

One of the best, united, and family oriented schools you will come across. This academy changes peoples’ lives for the better, the team help you maintain (long term) a healthy mind, body & spirit & helps you build resilience in a nurturing way through the arts. I have been training at Zeus since May 2015. I had no experience with any martial arts before, but had become interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I did some research and stumbled upon Zeus just up the road from my house. I was offered a free introductory class and wasn't pressured to join, but given all the information needed.
The environment was and still is incredibly welcoming, the level of instructing is great from both Master Prasoulas and Professor Gustavo and there is a great group of people who train at the Academy. I highly recommend Zeus to anyone interested in continuing or beginning

I had never trained any Martial Arts before coming to Zues International Martial Arts Academy and was a little unsure of how somebody of my fitness level (terribly unfit) and inexperience was going to be able to cope. Master Prasoulas, the trainer's - Victor, Mark, Tom & the students immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. There is definately room for students of all skill & fitness levels and I can attest to that. There's always something new to learn and fun to be had. Back to my fitness, its gotten a lot better in the short time ive been training here but I still have a long way to go
